Samsung Galaxy Note 4 is just around the corner. Everybody should get that (or iPhone 6), right? But Samsung Mobile Malaysia is giving out Samsung Gear 2 for free for the first 100 that purchase Galaxy Alpha at Samsung Experience Stores. At Malaysia, Galaxy Alpha is priced at RM 1899 while Gear 2 at RM 899. It is a great deal if you wish to buy both Galaxy Alpha and Gear 2. You save up almost RM 900. By the way, the offer is available at Samsung Experience Stores at The Gardens, Gurney Paragon and Maxis Centre KLCC only on this Friday, 19th September 2014.

Why? Samsung Galaxy S5 model with Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor and a 5.2″ QHD (1440×2560) screen is coming out soon. Should arrive before iPhone 6 like July time frame. You will have better Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage. This is what Galaxy S5 should be. Not the current one, right?

Samsung alike MultiWindow Sidebar for Android

Samsung MultiWindow is a very nice feature on Galaxy devices like S5 and Note 3. Too bad that it is limited to Galaxy devices only. But this is not valid anymore with 3rd party application ~ MultiWindowSidebar. Yup, you can enjoy it on all Android 4.0 devices now. Of course, it won’t be like the exact same Samsung MultiWindow since it is a very new application. But no harm to try it and wait for future version for more features and goodies.

Finally, Irista is able to use now. Heard it few weeks ago but was down for maintenance back then. Yeah… It is back online now. Irista is your free online photo storage. It is for organising, finding and viewing your images only. There is 10GB storage space available for free. And you can increase the storage up to 100GB on Premium package (which need to pay). By the way, it is not limited to Canon users only. Nikon, Olympus, Sony, Panasonic and Samsung users can enjoy this free service too.

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 & Gear S Official Introduction Video

Samsung Galaxy Note Series is the actual flagship smartphone from Samsung. Yes, Galaxy S is just a testing playground for them. Once again, Galaxy Note 4 is equipped with powerful hardware and great features. For example, 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560×1440) Super AMOLED display with 2.5D glass screen. Powered by latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 CPU with Adreno 420 GPU (or Exynos 5433 with Mali-T760). Finally, 16MP rear camera with optical image stabilization is here. Good for selfie 3.7 MP front camera is upgraded too. Of course, you get enhanced S Pen as well. Not to mention, the TouchWiz software too. Everything seems good except, they downgraded the USB connection from 3.0 to 2.0. A big letdown for those use cable to transfer data a lot.
