HTC Desire HD ROM has the most stuff from HTC like HTC Hub, HTC Likes, Locations… With latest kernel MDJ S7.3HD, it is working better than previous builds. eReader and camcorder is still not working thou. But they will be fixed sooner or later by the clever xda-developers.
Android on HTC HD2 is moving from SD card to NAND ROM. The speed increased and battery life improved too. Yeah… JDMS v1.7 Ultimate is here. But in beta version, so do expect bugs flying around. So let’s pray all of them die soon. And using latest EVO kernel (commit on 25/10/2010) and Android 2.2.1 build. Most of the things are working fine except touch screen and g-sensor freeze issue from time to time…
Normally, we upgrade HTC HD2 Windows Mobile ROM using RUU with USB cable. It is faster than using SD card method. Then why do we need to upgrade HTC HD2 ROM through SD card?
You cannot upgrade HTC HD2 Windows Mobile ROM using RUU when you cannot even connect through Windows Mobile Device Center or ActiveSync. And the only way to remove HSPL is to use SD card upgrade ROM method with official HTC HD2 stock ROM.
