Realtek ALC889A internal sound chip and Altec Lansing VS4121 speakers
Continued from Razer Copperhead Gaming Mouse vs Logitech G5 Laser Mouse
Internal sound system quality is getting better nowadays. I still remember that I would need to install a sound card on my computer in order to have sound output. Back on those days, Creative Sound Blaster is my first choice sound card. However, things change now. Internal sound chip can produce the sound that suit normal daily usage like listening MP3, watch movie and gaming too. Not so many users will go for high end sound card like Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi series. I am not going for that to keep the cost down. Besides, you need a good speaker to match a good sound card. Else you are wasting its true sound quality. Therefore, I will stick with Realtek ALC889A internal sound chip for the moment.
