Anomaly 2 Benchmark just makes Nexus 7 (2013) Adreno 320 GPU outdated

One of my favourite tower defense (or offense) games – Anomaly Warzone Earth (then Anomaly Korea) from 11 bit studios has a benchmark tool. Yup, it is their next generation engine for Anomaly 2. The engine itself looks great. Nice graphics and animation. Can’t wait for the game itself. Err… The Adreno 320 GPU in Nexus 7 (2013) can’t seem to perform well on 1080p at high quality mode. However, latest Galaxy Note 3 with Adreno 330 GPU scores very well there.

Best video player for Nexus 7 (2013)

MX Player is one of my favourite video players on Android. However, there is another one that is better (or on par) with it. Yes, DicePlayer is the best video player for Google Nexus 7 (2013). It is the top video player for 1st gen N7. And easily get the crown again on new Nexus 7. Watching movie on 1920 x 1200 px Full HD IPS screen is wonderful. Therefore, you need the best video player to unleash its full potential. As usual, stock video player can’t play MKV, RM, WMV, RMVB and MOV video formats. 3rd party player is here to help.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) issues

Google’s latest most popular Android tablet ~ Nexus 7 (2013) faced the same issue as the previous generation. Yup, build quality issues. Lot of users reported that their new Nexus 7 has issues like dead pixel, LCD screen light bleed, erratic multi-touch, GPS lock, low speakers volume, random reboot, oddly coloured pixels, dust under LCD screen, creaking sound… Some can be fixed by factory reset. Some don’t. That’s the fate of earlier adopters. Did Asus lowers quality control in order to rush to market on time? Anyway, just exchange for a new one if face issues. Or send back to warranty claim since Nexus 7 has international warranty.

Google Nexus 7 (2013) User Manual

Did you get your Google Nexus 7 (2013) yet? Mine is still missing in action. Should be arrived by end of month. But that does not stop me from studying the new features of Nexus 7 (2013). Learn Android 4.3 Jelly Bean… New Android users should take time to study it. Experience users can skip it as it is pretty much the same as your existing Android devices except new stuffs in Android 4.3.
