Finally, RAFDROID HD v3.0 speed is faster than v1.0 that I tried 1 month ago. Slowness might be caused by it is deodexed and zipaligned, not sqashfsed. As it is fully deodexed so you can theme it as you want. By the way, RAFDROID HD is based on HTC Desire HD with Android 2.2.1 Froyo and using Rafpigna 1.7 OC Kernel.
Yes, one of my favourite Android ROM ~ MIUI has finally started to use Android 2.3.3 Gingerbread from now on. And its latest version 1.4.1 has lot of new features (maybe I missed them in previous releases). Anyway, I love its launcher transition effect ~ classic, crossfade, falldown, page, cascading, rotation and 3D cube. And its big toggles interface is easier to use than before. XDA Developer, boyppc has lot of good Android builds for HTC HD2. They are CM7 Sense.s, CM7 HoneyComB, MIUI, Desire HD and HTC Sense 2.1 & 3.0 builds. Most of them are updated to the latest Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread except HTC builds. I took Ginger 2.3.4 HoneyComB as testing. And Google Talk with video and voice chats is working. Be sure to check out XDA website for other builds.
