Great news… Google Nexus 7 is coming to Malaysia very soon (Singapore should get it too). This is the Android tablet from Google / Asus that you should get one. I am using it everyday (in fact, I use it more than Amazon Kindle Fire that I got it last year). Nexus 7 is faster and lighter for ease portability. And I can play lot of nice 3D games including NVIDIA Tegra 3 exclusive games on Nexus 7. A nice tablet for the price that you pay…

Samsung Galaxy S3 First Impression
Samsung latest Android flagship ~ Samsung Galaxy S III is selling like hot cake in Malaysia. Not enough stock for buyers. I believe other countries are the same too. Celcom does not have Samsung Galaxy S3 Roadshow in Penang this round. DiGi is having one man show there. But I am not going to grab DiGi Samsung Galaxy S3 package because DiGi 3G signal is weak (near to no coverage) at my house. So I paid Celcom Sungai Petani Branch a visit. Hoping to get my Samsung Galaxy S3 there…
Download & Install Official Android 4.0 ICS Firmware for I9100 & I9100G Malaysia
Yes, Malaysia Samsung Galaxy S II users no matter using I9100 or I9100G can enjoy latest official Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich firmware from now on. For those who do not install custom ROM or other region ICS firmware, it’s time for you to upgrade with Samsung Kies or through OTA update now. Enjoy DXLP9 firmware for I9100 and DXLP6 firmware for I9100G. Personally, I did not try these firmware because I am using custom ROM on my Samsung Galaxy S2. Hopefully, latest Android 4.0.3 ICS DXLP6 Firmware can solve most of the bugs that face by I9100G users. Waiting for official release is too long for a tech blogger like me.
Besides Malaysia, India is getting official Android 4.0 ICS Firmware for I9100 & I9100G too. Same apply to Samsung Galaxy Note N7000 too…
Kindle Fire in the house
Oh, no. I am on Fire! Hehe… I just got myself a Kindle Fire from Amazon. Not getting it from Amazon US directly since I want to have Kindle Fire as soon as possible (don’t want to wait for another 2 weeks shipping time). Therefore, I bought it from Lowyat Forum Malaysia locally. Kindle Fire will keep me busy for months because I got lot of stuffs to learn again. Hmm… I planned to get Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7 and Asus Transformer Prime. But both of them are still not available in Malaysia. Have to wait until early next year. So I got a budget Android tablet ~ Kindle Fire instead…
