Wow… I stopped playing Clash of Clans actively (or should be stated as CRAZILY) for 5 months. Yes, I just login CoC to correct gold, elixir and dark elixir from collectors. Thanks for Supercell’s wall update, I managed to upgrade all walls to level 10 lava at Town Hall 9 with both gold and elixir. Else it will take longer time by using gold only. It took me months (more than half year if not mistaken) to complete it. Level 11 electric walls will be even longer. Do we really need to upgrade to lava walls at TH9? Yes, that is a good question. A big yes from me. If you are a serious player, you should do so before upgrade to TH10. Why? It will be harder to raid gold and elixir then. Furthermore, people usually skip your base when they see those lava walls…

Kodi 14.0 Helix – a must have media center
Yes, you can enable DTS codec support on MX Player. It is working on my Nexus 7 (2013) perfectly. However, DTS audio is not working on my Galaxy S4 with the latest version of MX Player even with custom codec loaded. Not sure why… Anyway, Kodi 14.0 Helix media player comes to rescue. Kodi is XBMC actually. Yup, it has a new name. And loaded with new features like capable of playing back h.265 (also known as HEVC) and VP9 video codecs. However, decoding of h.265 is entirely software based for the moment. So it won’t work well on Android and iOS devices with low processing power. But should work fine on powerful PC system.
Yeah… Kodi is working great with my newly added DLNA media server. I am streaming most of media from local NAS now. However, I still prefer MX Player as it is much user friendly on mobile devices. But Kodi stays on Galaxy S4 due to DTS audio codec support.

Looking for iPad Air 2 or iPad mini 3? Well, you are in luck now. Malaysia Apple Online Store listed the prices last week. And it is now available to buy. Isn’t that great? Well, I will consider buying iPad Air 2 to replace my old iPad 3 if I have extra money. And if iOS 8 is better than Android 5.0 Lollipop. Read lot of people complaining about Wi-Fi issue on iOS 8. Hmm… Jailbreak Apple product is another reason from holding me back. You won’t be so lucky to jailbreak every version of iOS. On iPad Air 2 hardware itself, it is really a nice improvement from my existing model. I can surely enjoy better gaming experience. And faster performance from the latest A8X processor. Too bad that the price is not cheap. 64GB model is sold at RM1929. Apple should remove 16GB model and replace with 32GB model at RM1599. 16GB won’t be enough for games nowadays. If so, I will be a happy new iPad Air 2 user then.
