With the latest kernel MDJ S7.7HD UTF8, you can overclock max 1500 MHz with SetCPU (I failed to go beyond 1200 MHz on Windows Mobile 6.5). Overclock will make phone battery hotter == lesser battery life. So I stay on default setting without overclocking most of the time.
