Wow… Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread (GRJ90) is here on HTC HD2. Yes, I am still updating HTC HD2 related stuffs. No worry… What are the new features of Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread (GRJ90)? I can’t find the exact feature list but NFC transceiver support was for sure. Don’t ever think about NFC on HTC HD2 nor even my new Samsung Galaxy S2 because both of them don’t have NFC hardware support. Anyway, it does not stop us from upgrading to the latest Android build, right? Something good might also come along with it. By the way, this build also includes Tytung GPS Libraries v1.8.

XDA Developer, boyppc has lot of good Android builds for HTC HD2. They are CM7 Sense.s, CM7 HoneyComB, MIUI, Desire HD and HTC Sense 2.1 & 3.0 builds. Most of them are updated to the latest Android 2.3.4 Gingerbread except HTC builds. I took Ginger 2.3.4 HoneyComB as testing. And Google Talk with video and voice chats is working.
