One of the main issue of NAND Android build ~ lack of internal storage space. Most of the builds have only 150MB to 200MB left on NAND memory. So we need to manually move the application + data into SD card ourselves. But this changed now, there are several NAND Android builds are using DATA.IMG at SD card to act as internal storage. Further more, you can increase the image size to match your large SD card. Sooner or later most of the NAND Android builds will use this kind of method.
I tried RAFDROID HD v1.0, imilkas` HD2Z v0.1 and FutureShocks MIUI v1. RAFDROID HD is slow, imilkas` HD2Z can’t be rooted, and only FutureShocks MIUI passed my test. FutureShocks MIUI is based on Android 2.2.1 Froyo, MIUI 31-12 and using prj v0.3 Kernel. Default language is German but you can change to English during phone setup.
