This is the result on more than casual usage as I was playing 2D and 3D games all day long as you can see. Playing Realm Defense and Sky Force Reloaded most of the time. Follow by Clash Royale, Facebook and web browsing with Chrome once in a while. Yup, using Wi-Fi connection all the time. No 3G nor 4G connection while having fun at home lately.
Besides having outstanding battery life, Redmi Note 4X barely warms up when even playing intensive 3D games like Asphalt 8 Airborne for hours. For your information, I am still getting 7 hours SOT after played it for 2 hours. Well done, Qualcomm and Xiaomi.
MIUI Battery Saver plays a big role in prolong the battery life. Yes, it will restrict certain applications from running in background based on its own algorithm. Same apply to background apps that want to access current location. These 2 factors are those which eat battery life and keep your smartphone awake most of the time.
