Personally, I prefer MIUI 6 over MIUI 5. The user interface is better and nicer. However, new MIUI 6 ROM for Redmi Note might bring some bugs too. So be prepared to face some of them. But no worry, bugs (if have) will be gone in coming new releases. Sooner or later…
