Benchmark scores do not mean everything. As long as Nexus 4 is performing smoothly, I have no complaint. However, it does have one known issue ~ performance will degrade when overheat (if you read other Nexus 4 review, you will know). Yes, all the benchmarks will score lower when Nexus 4 is hot.
