3G data connection is turned on all the time instead of Wi-Fi connection on my Nexus 4 (enable WCDMA only in Network mode). With minimum usage (during Chinese New Year holidays), it can last for more than 1 day. Thanks to Android 4.2 Jelly Bean battery optimization as you can see there are very few awake events.
