Is PC industry dying? Nope, I just upgraded my extreme gaming and video editing computer system. Previous PC system serves me well for the past 6 years. And it is still able to do basic office, blogging and surfing tasks. But slow for 3D gaming and of course video, photo editing as well. There are still tasks that cannot be done by tablet and smartphone. So here you are – my latest extreme gaming and video editing computer system. You will need a powerful multi core CPU for fast video editing. Enough memory so that it won’t slow down when hard drive page file kicks in. SSD to speed up the whole process as normal HDD is usually the bottleneck that slows the whole system down. Therefore, slow HDD but big capacity is used for data storage and backup only. And SSD is for Windows OS and storage for ongoing tasks. Fast GPU is required for extreme gaming of course. And finally you will need good cooling system to let you increase performance further by overclock them…

Support me by getting them from Amazon with links above. For Malaysian (especially northerner), do COD at GTech Solutions like I did. OR buy online with confident as GTech Solutions (Lowyat userID – hikari85) had been selling there since 2006. She will give you the best price in town…
