It is not working for me too. Initially when I bought HTC One X, I had faced similar problems and after reading many blogs, I could get a correct sync version for my One X. But to my mistake I’ve agreed on some of the HTC update and after that it is not showing me many options.
it’s already try for 2 stupid hours and still not working. Don’t develop any software that is beta la… the old sync working so well….. Now you teach me how to run it. You as a programer should try 1st before send it out to all user. Now can’t run how????? Buy a good htc phone but can’t sync. For what i need that phone. Can’t sync outlook. So important to me with all my appointment and my phone no. update.

how do i tether the net on my HTC ONE XL. will not allow internet passthrough from pc to phone due to computer not being able to find the software to sync to the phone. am i right in saying that the computer is basically asking for a interpreter so it can speak the same language as the phone and if so then doesnt that what the HTC sync manager on the ph is for….to be able to bridge the gap between yhe pc and phone. Otherwise the only other problem i can see is that my internet provider(on pc) does’nt allow tethering. totally F*#K%* if i know what to do in this situation and using wi-fi is not an optioin

Thanks for the link and i have downloaded the HTC Sync Manager and Installed it on my Laptop which is running windows 7 but the app isnt syncing my One X with my contacts on Microsoft Outlook App, while i can sync music and pictures the “MORE” button is Greyed out i cant set sync preferences as the “SYNC SETTINGS” is also Greyed out.
Could you Please assist as i would like to sync my contacts into outlook and vice versa.
