Having SMS issue on your Gingerbread? No worry, here is the fix for it ~ Android 2.3.2. It is almost pure gingerbread build from Google official git and using Huanyu kernel cooked by xda-developer, iamgpc. It is loaded with latest Google applications, Superuser and Nexus S Live Wallpaper.

Note – Wi-Fi Tethering, camcorder and Facebook have issue.
Installation guide ~ How to Install NAND Android on HTC HD2? (Video)
Download iamgpc Android 2.3.2 Gingerbread v9 [Kernel: gpc#2] NAND ROM here.
can you post the quadrant benchmarks
Quadrant Benchmark does not work on Gingerbread yet. So no score. I myself also want to know.
how does this compare to the MDJ CyanogenMod v2.6. It too has 2.3.2
IMO…I would just give this a try. I was skeptical, but I like it over CM. Of course, my opinion.
Also I forgot to mention I am tmous and this ROM allowed me to send pic messages due to tmo system can identify phone as HTC HD2.
This build is performance fast…some FC for minor apps, but very nice with small fix for USB tethering. Im happy.
And the battery problem?
Many people has a battery problem, if the battery is full, it get empty in few hours..
NAND Android battery life is the same as Windows Mobile 6.5 (at least for me).
I seem to have an issue with the SD-card, it’s an 8 gb card but Android does not recognize it
When I take the card out i says the card is out, when i replace it the card is not recognized
Known issue ?
Btw: great build !!!
Nope, my SD card is working properly on it. Might be partition issue with your card. Try to format it and start again.
Thnx,
will try this evening if this helps
Hmmmzzz, no solution till so far. Formatted the card on the pc (FAT32, 8 gb).
System still doesn’t see the card…
Should I do something with partitions ?
How many partition do you have in your SD card? Delete all of them and create 1 FAT32 partition only. Then try again.
Finally, i bought a new sd card and stuff works like it should
Thnx for your support anyway !
Hey Jayce
Can you send me a download link for a good working NAND Android build?
Google gives me always old shit when i searching for it.
https://www.jayceooi.com/2011/01/03/download-jdms-ultimate-nand-android-rom-for-htc-hd2/
Hi Jayce,
Its great ROM. I just flash it yesterday evening. Everything works fine. But still no HP keypad version. The hunyu key is not in handwriting mode. I could see your video on Core Droid has those handwriting function. Actually I really like the Gingerbread built. Smooth and save battery life. Except the keypad function.
Hey I just flashed NAND Android onto my phone, but “process com.android.phone is not responding”.
How do i fix it?
I just flashed NAND Android onto my phone, but “process com.android.phone is not responding”.

Does GPS work on this version? Or is there any fix for 2.3.1 ? That way I
dont have to download this new version…
Based on ROM chef, GPS should be working (but I did not test it).
I`ve updated the last ROM on htc.com before installing gingerbread?
Sorry, I can’t get you.

MIUI ROM – https://www.jayceooi.com/2011/01/03/download-jaws-miui-nand-android-rom-for-htc-hd2/
Not sure about FM radio on Android Market. Most of them are online version. Not real FM…
Hi Jayce,
I installed gingerbread 2.3.2 on my HTC HD2 and it works perfectly.
The only problem is that now my PC does not recognize the device when connected via the USB. Better, the “safely remove hardware” utility appears (I installed the google USB driver downloading it from android sdk) but the PC is not able to read the device as a removable disk.
What can I do?
Thanks in advance
You need to enable USB disk storage at your phone after connected with USB cable.
You are simply a genius (and I’m simply a stupid) !!
Last question (hopefully): I’d like to use a bigger SD card. Can I change the current one or it may contain features necessary in order to run gingerbread 2.3.2?
Best
Nobody is stupid as we don’t know everything. We ask to learn. I am asking too if I don’t know.
Just copy everything from your old SD card to new bigger SD card will do.
how i can download 2.3.3 andriod for my htc hd 2
Follow the guide in the post…
hi, can i do this on a t-mobile htc hd2 too?
Yes, it should be.
thanks a bunch, also i was wondering if this version
http://hottipscentral.com/install-android-nexus-s-gingerbread-2-3-2-on-the-t-mobile-htc-hd2/
is the same as the one you listed here
Sorry, no idea.
That version from the link that was just listed here will install on an HTC HD2 on T-Mobile USA only. There is a radio adjustment (different download) that can work for other countries as well, if you need it to. – There is a video attached to the article.
Sincerely,
Charlie

Jayce, what MAGLDR should i use for gingerbread 111 or 113 ?
Either one is okay. But prefer latest v1.13.
Hey Jayce, I got a question that you can help me with. I downloaded a NAND Android 2.2 on my htc hd2 and works like a charm and I would like to known can the device be upgraded to gingerbread 2.3 just by flashing the ROM or do I have to follow the HSPLR3, MAGLDR combo first. Please explain the process.
thanks
You can skip those components that you already have. Just install Android ROM will do in your case.
problem with power up it takes more then 3 min to power up and sometimes it would’nt even power up
Try other latest Android ROM. Latest is always the best.
