Asus Eee Pad Transformer Prime is the first tablet that powered by Nvidia quad-core Tegra 3 (Kal-El) CPU. And we have Asus Transformer Prime benchmark score before its official launch. The Asus Transformer Prime really shines in AnTuTu Benchmark. More than 10,000 score with this 1.4 GHz quad-core Tegra 3 CPU. The performance will be even higher when Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich is available on it…
AnTuTu Benchmark is not a good benchmark for 3D graphics. As you can see, Tegra 3 12-core GeForce GPU score is the same as Tegra 2 GPU in LG Optimus 2X. Samsung Galaxy S II ARM Mali-400 MP GPU easily beat Tegra 2 GPU in real world but having the same score in AnTuTu Benchmark 3D score too. I am looking forward to see more accurate 3D benchmark like GLBenchmark (Egypt Offscreen 720p and Pro Offscreen 720p) and NenaMark2 score. Hopefully, Nvidia Tegra 3 12-core GeForce GPU can raise the bar on Android 3D gaming.
Wow… I can’t wait to see Nvidia quad-core Tegra 3 (Kal-El) on smartphone in Q1 2012. Motorola and LG should be the smartphone manufacturers that will come out first since they are very supportive on Tegra 2.
Anyone want 720p HD IPS display with Nvidia quad-core Tegra 3?
Hey I’m just wondering, what did you do to get your phone that high of a score?
I am using CheckROM RevolutionHD custom firmware. Disabled those background apps that I don’t use. Only enable those widgets that needed. Note – I did not overclock else score even higher. 😉
Haha thank you for your reply. Going to do that now.
Oh and did you install v2 or v1 of the ROM?
Still using v1 now.
