Armaggeddon MKA-1C Neo comes well protected. Once taken out the keyboard, there are 2 mechanical switches, key cap puller, switch puller and user manual. As usual, take your time to go through the guide.
Great build quality for the price. Compact in size and light in weight. Yes, you can have a lot of desk space for mouse movement indeed. And easy to carry around with you too.
At the bottom, there are 4 anti-skid pads to provide stability. Yes, they are working fine.
No height adjustment but it is at the right angle for typing and gaming. No worries.
Performance Result
My Armaggeddon MKA-1C Neo is loaded with red linear switches. I am a fan of linear switches nowadays. Why? They are the quietest among all. And having the fastest response too. The blue clicky ones are too noisy for my taste. If you want, go for brown tactile switches. They perform in between these 2 switches. In short, just pick the ones that you prefer will do. They perform well as budget switches.
21-key rolllover! Not 100% anti-ghosting but good enough for gaming. The must-have Windows key lock is there to avoid accidental interruption during extreme gaming. In addition, there are a few Fn keys for you to play with.
11 lighting effects with fixed LED colours. Brightness is okay during the day. Best in the dark environment. Up to 3 brightness levels to select. And can turn it off too. Take your time to play around with them. And pick the one that you prefer. Change them every day…
