FlipGear Tango Pro 5 WMU comes in a big and tall package. A tall one with 632mm height. Once taken it out, you can find other accessories like 2 UHF wireless microphones, 2 mic holders, AUX audio cable, USB-C charging cable, remote control and user manual there.
Tall and round design are what you get this round. My wife told me that the 2 tweeters look like Minion eyes. Vertical mode only. Personally, I prefer Tango Pro 3 cyber outlook. Build quality is excellent as usual thanks to solid and sturdy ABS plastic chassis. All the 3 speaker drivers are loaded with round red LED light too. 3 lighting effects can be selected. Or turn off. All the inputs and navigation controls are located on the top of the speaker. Yes, the volume control is loaded with blue LED light this round. You can easily control sound volume in the dark now. Performance Result
Every day is party night with 150W pure system power (RMS) by Tango Pro 5. Good enough to blast in a small hall. As usual, you can double the output by adding another speaker with TWS technology. Overkill for the living room! And karaoke will never be the same again. Totally improve the singing experience indeed. You can change sound signature according to your taste and preferences thanks to treble and bass volume control. 5 levels up and down to adjust. Personally, I end up increased 1 levels for treble and 5 levels for bass.
Balanced sound signature toward little bit V shape after tuned. Ultra clear treble and bumping bass are what you get. Yeah… More excitement with the slightly V shape sound. Brighter highs, deeper and more powerful lows. In short, this is the best portable speaker for karaoke by Vinnfier yet. The new added 2 tweeters manage to bring sparking bright to treble. Make it clearer. Vocals are nicely produced for both male and female as usual. Bigger bass driver makes lows sound deeper and punchier. Getting subwoofer kind of bass level now. That’s great!
Excellent Bluetooth range! It can reach up to 8m+ with obstacles like wall easily. In addition, audio and video are almost in-sync. That’s great to use it for mobile devices to watch movie or play games. As usual, AUX cable is preferred for best experience. FM radio reception is excellent as well. Same apply to the built-in media player. It can play FLAC format on top of the usual MP3 music. As expected, Tango Pro 5 can remember the last used audio source and all other settings like EQ, LED light effect and so on.
Sing couple songs every day with the 2 bundled microphones. Yes, they are sensitive and pick up voice with ease. Outstanding wireless range as well. Up to 10m even with obstacles like walls with no disconnecting issue. Don’t forget the dedicated microphone and echo volume controls make it even useful. Just like Tango Pro 3. It is suffering from the same IR remote control issue. IR receiver is located on top of the speaker (beside the LED display). You can’t control the speaker when pointing it directly as you do usually. Instead, you need to point toward the ceiling and let it bounce back to the IR receiver. Barely useable for outdoor where no ceiling there as usual…
