Calling all Malaysian photographers. Have your best photograph seen by the world in the Sony World Photography Awards National Award competition. The National Award will uncover and honour the best single image by a Malaysian photographer. The winner will be chosen from entries by Malaysian photographers entered into the ten Open categories of the 2016 Sony World Photography Awards. It’s free to enter at www.worldphoto.org, photographers of all abilities are invited to submit their work to any of the awards’ five competitions: Professional, Open, Youth, National Awards and Student Focus.
Prizes
One winner and two runners-up of the 2016 Sony World Photography Awards Malaysia National Award will receive:
- 1st place: Sony α7R II camera with Vario-Tessar T* FE 24-70mm F4 ZA OSS and trip to attend Sony World Photography Awards gala ceremony in London
- 2nd place: Sony α7 II camera with FE 28-70mm F3.5-5.6 OSS
- 3rd place: Sony α6000 camera with Vario-Tessar T* E 16-70mm F4 ZA OSS
