Affter I did the factory reset from the bootloader then everything going fine again. However I did not know that after thhard reset everything in the internal memory got wiped… Poor me huhuhu..
sorry for this random question, but any ideas why my swype keyboard likes to get squished (narrowed) to the center after a few uses? usually, i’d have to switch to a different keyboard then back to get it back to its full size.

Sorry for the confusion. I installed Swype myself through the Swype Beta installer from their website. It’s just exhibiting some weird behavior every now and then. SwiftKey Beta 3 is also out if you want to try that.
It might not support HTC One X yet. Consult Swype developer to double confirm. 😉
I’ve got issues with my one x heating up but I watched your video on the test you done and read the reply that you got from HTC… Do you know if that is a firmware issue that the phone is heating up like that and also my phone has randomly reset its self. Do you know what the issues might be cause I’ve heard that it might do that if the phone over heats
Firmware might causes it too. But 40 nm NVIDIA Quad-Core Tegra 3 CPU is the main one that is causing overheat.
So far I don’t have random reboot due to overheat. How high temperature did you HTC One X can go?
I’ll do some test and let you know… I think it only seems to be issues with the white ones but I could be wrong… Is your one x the one you have heating up??… Do you reckon there could be a update on the Nvidia to reduce the amount of heat generated??…

I really hope that there is a update coming soon for the unbranded one x’s… I’m sure that HTC don’t think that its normal for your phone to heat up like that every day in use… Maybe a update for the CPU might help… Do you reckon a factory rest might cool down the heating problem??… I’ve done my test and it heats to about 50/51… But I guess to HTC that’s normal

When I performed the battery test. There was 72% remaining on my phone but there have been others that are reporting that they still have close to 80% after the test. Btw i’ve already updated to 1.28.707.10

My HTC One X keeps going into airplane mode all by itself… leading to loss of connectivity. I have to restart for it to go into OFF mode. The airplane mode then comes back on after a few moments. Its frustrating. Any fixes out there?
